If my life were written pages
Playing out in stages
It would start with the line,
“Once upon a time...
A little girl that didn't know what to do
locked away in a tower until she grew
A young lady she became
It was all but her beauty she couldn't blame
Many came to save her from far and wide
Most failed, some died
Waiting seemed like forever
Like nobody loved her, never
Until a day came a prince on a horse
He promised her rescue, of course
Climbing up that great wall
He sipped and took a fall
There he layed, her only chance
She felt that was the end of her romance
It was, he never got up again
From then on her life was taken like a grain
For he took her heart
Tore it apart
Made promises he couldn't keep
Left her up there forever to weep
She knew he was the one and only
Now he's gone and she's lonely
And at last is portend
They lived unhappily ever after, the end”
